This top spray gun manufacturer from Spain has for over 65 years been a major player in the coatings application area of technology, and always will be, were the words of Alejandro Sanchez Uriondo, general manager of Sagola.

Sagola are primarily driven by a desire to develop their own unique range of compliant spray equipment. They employ an extensive team of experts, innovative applications and methodology which are now being seen in the very latest waterborne and solvent borne international refinish material like Xyrillic three stage pearl coatings.

Sagola realise in today’s market as an international equipment supply concern that body shop collision repair centres need constant training and updating solutions to get a repair right the first time.

The company was recently seen at the very successful Automechanika in Birmingham, UK and at Auto Promotec held in Bologna where they demonstrated their new range of refinish equipment, a few weeks earlier. Their Xtreme support programme is being rolled out to international markets from their company headquarters based in Alava Spain.

Sagola offer a refreshed and material efficient set of HVLP spray guns like the SAGOLA 4600 Extreme Digital and SAGOLA 4600 Extreme Top Line spray gun for both waterborne and solvent ranges of application. They are both attractively priced and competitive. There is the SAGOLA 3300 GTO Car and Mini Extreme for small area repair as well as other models for every spray painter. These state-of-the-art spray guns are backed-up with a complete range of filtration systems on clean air with the SAGOLA 5300x triple units that clean air from the compressor 50 000 times cleaner than the air we breathe normally.

Michael Sellars from Elcometer Ltd in the UK said the company recently purchased Sagola and are upbeat about re-introducing their full range of world class products which also include personal protection equipment to keep painters safe against some of today’s toxic materials in the workplace.

The Train-the-Trainer programme is set to commence in South Africa in late July when international African market trainer Neil Butterworth will hold special training days with major companies such as Sherwin Williams, Axalta and PPG Coatings to re-establish the footprint for the Sagola spray painting range in South Africa for the automotive and industrial sector.

“Sagola have also worked extremely closely with major paint manufacturers in the aftermarket of body repair and have a complete guide to recommended application guides for 28 brands ready and available for use,” said Neil. Every single product that they manufacture on world markets can quickly reveal the correct nozzle and spray gun required in Sagola research and development documentation
