Once again Glasurit is surprising the market with a further improvement to their premium clear coats by launching the new Glasurit ProClass. The diverse portfolio of clear coat product offers universal to fast drying options and includes a variety of hardeners, thinners, and additives.
Focusing on the ease-of-use, high efficiency, and productivity – without any compromise on quality – the ProClass clear coats can be applied in one and a half or two coats and cured at different temperatures – or with infrared. Independent of the method, the finish will be stunning every time – with yet unseen levels of hardness and gloss.
A few customers have already been lucky enough to work with the ProClass clear coats and are more than impressed by the new range. Dolf Jonker, owner of Autotrust in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), says, “the new P-C-30 (high gloss clear coat) has an extreme dryness versus previous clears I was using – and the gloss levels are just superior.”
Mark Lippstreu, CEO of Denys Edwardes ARC, is suitably impressed with the universal clear coat (P-C-20) that the shop has been using: “P-C-20 has excellent flow and superior gloss levels coupled with outstanding micron build which complements the high scratch-resistant coating. It’s easy to apply and best of all it is very competitively priced.” He adds “as a shop owner I like to support brands that stay ahead of the curve.”
It wouldn’t be Glasurit if they didn´t take an extra step and add even more value. The whole range is now VOC compliant and eco-friendly. “Without any regulation by the state, we feel that we as a company have the responsibility to do our utmost to preserve our environment for generations to come”, says Tobias Vuillemin, Commercial Manager BASF Coatings Southern Africa. “This is why we focus on offering eco-friendly solutions on a competitive price level, supporting our customers and the industry in keeping South Africa beautiful.”
