Cape Paint and Panel cover body shops and industrial end-users from Oudtshoorn, to Springbok, right up to East London. They have many daily deliveries across their region to satisfy demand on consumable refinish items with their offerings of the Standox, Duxone and Spies Hecker brands. Currently they’re operating 16 delivery vehicles to keep pace with customer demand.

The company also offer a full line-up of body parts and equipment that bolster the business to be a one-stop-shop operation. The philosophy of an added value range that includes bumper, lights, and replacement body parts which has made the group benefit with increased revenue from a very diversified market.

They also supply full back-up service on training for refinish best practises at their head office located in Voortrekker road in Cape Town. There is a fully operational training centre which is equipped with a new SAIMA spraybooth and dust-free sanding set of equipment. “It’s great that we’re able to keep our clients abreast of all the new developments and production profitability changes that are always being highlighted by major refinish companies,” said Johnson.

Along with this, they also now offer new body shop designs. These designs improve both quality and increase output production levels. This has become a large part of Cape Paint and Panel’s  improved service level.
